Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location.

All orders Placed before 11:00am AEST Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day. We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: Australia Post, DHL. 

All prices are shown in AUD.

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. We are not responsible for any shipping delays once your order has been posted. 

 

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Regulations for import duties and taxes as they relate to international purchases made online vary from country to country. 

Please be aware that Zillah will not be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied to your order by customs in the country where delivery is made. 

The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed to your order, will rest with the customer and will not be reimbursed. We also will not be held responsible for any delays, customs issues or lost/stolen orders as this is out of our control. 

Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties applicable in your own country. In the instance of calculating your order value for tax purposes, please remember that all our prices are charged in AUD Dollars and you may need to apply a conversion to your local currency. 

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS 

Shipping to the following locations is currently unavailable due to postal restrictions – Afghanistan, Algeria, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Iran, Islamic Republic Of, Israel, Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of, Pakistan, Russia and Syria.
